![]() ![]() Can I switch to Office for Mac 2011 (still available? or do I have to get Office for Mac 2016?) I still use the Microsoft Office for Mac 2008. I suspect that I should ask this question on a site of MS, but starts here in the hope that someone will have a quick answer before I allow myself to Ms. I'm reluctant to upgrade to the current version because of the expense of MS Office, and also my wife prefers to stay with the version she knows well. I am considering upgrading to El Capitan, but wonder if MS Office 2008 is always executed with this upgrade. I have MS Office for Mac 2008 installed on my MBP that is running Mountain Lion. El Capitan does support MS Office for Mac 2008?
